    Ice is great once I can get to it

    Makes great ice but since I have some arthritis in my hands , I have to either use a little bit more warn water to loosen the gray center part or just let it sit out of the freezer for awhile. Sometimes I forget it if I leave it out of the freezer 😞 good thing it comes as a pair 😀
