    Great time saver for home cooks

    I have had two of these freezer trays for several years and use them for both garlic and ginger.

    Grinding up a tray or two worth of garlic takes only a few minutes; even less if you purchase already peeled cloves. I freeze 2 trays at a time and then unmold one and store the cubes in a freezer container for quick access, leaving the second for refills. After a trip through the dishwasher I refill the empty tray with fresh ground ginger. I highly recommend this handy garlic freezer tray.
